What would your role be?

 

  • Participation in planning and developing the Bank business policy and strategy
  • Monitoring local economy as well as business movements in the areas of strategic significance to the Bank
  • Monitoring regulatory changes as well as changes in all other areas that could reflect to changes in credit policies and proactive proposal of the Bank strategy changes, if any
  • Ensuring execution of the Bank Decision relevant targets set out in plans and strategy
  • Organisation of the operation, operation process management, and improvement of operation process at the Division
  • Cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders with a view to improving the Bank risk profile   
  • Supervision and reporting on the total credit portfolio balance based on the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Making of credit application decisions, in accordance with authorisations

Do you see yourself in this description?

 

  • Univercity degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at management positions in banking (risk management, corporates)
  • Knowledge of overall business processes of the bank, knowledge of legislation
  • IT literacy (MS Office package, Internet & Email)
  • Active knowledge of the English language. Preferable knowledge of the German language.
