How you will contribute

  • Coordinate the activities of the Commercial Business Center in the covered area, ensuring a unified approach and a high standard of customer service;
  • Develop and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area, fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement;
  • Actively support strategic credit transactions that are under approval by the Credit Committee;
  • Actively monitor the quality of the credit portfolio and identify negative trends or risks that may arise in the market and/or from clients that could affect the bank's investment, constantly optimize the risk/profit ratio and propose remedial actions as necessary;
  • Represent and promote the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our corporate presence and its strategy;
  • Mentor and guide direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

 

What will help you be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus;
  • Proven experience in a managerial role in corporate sales within the banking sector;
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill;
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for clients;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the banking industry;
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality;
  • Fluency in English.
