As Corporate Relationship Manager you will develop the portfolio of corporate clients in the allocated area and maintain the relationship with existing ones, by constantly identifying business needs and offering suitable banking products.

 

How you will contribute

  • Be the bridge between our corporate clients and BCR, ensuring their needs are met with precision;
  • Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with our valued clients by addressing their concerns and facilitating seamless communication;
  • Discover new business opportunities through client visits, nurturing relationships, and providing innovative solutions;
  • Proactively monitor client performance, anticipate their needs, and propose optimal solutions to drive success;
  • Identify market opportunities and grow revenue across your portfolio;
  • Create and manage essential documentation for our range of financial products and services.

What will help you be successful

  • A university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
  • Relevant sales experience in financial and banking institutions, especially within the SME/Corporate sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and the banking market;
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis;
  • Exceptional relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills;
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
  • A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
  • A customer-centric attitude with a knack for solving challenges, problems, and opportunities with finesse;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
