How you will contribute
As a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding BCR’s corporate client portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for some of our most valuable clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored financial and banking solutions that support their strategic objectives.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, becoming the primary point of contact and a valued business partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and growth plans to proactively anticipate their needs and provide value-added advice.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and client engagement activities.
- Lead complex client negotiations and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and client profitability while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Drive revenue generation by expanding product penetration, cross-selling opportunities, and wallet share across the portfolio.
- Prepare, review, and oversee the documentation related to financing structures, banking products, and client onboarding processes.
- Contribute to market insights and business development initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices across the team.
What will help you be successful
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services, with a proven track record in managing complex client portfolios.
- Strong expertise in corporate banking products, financing solutions, cash management, and treasury services.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, credit assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior executives and influence decisions through a consultative approach.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and client value.
- High level of initiative, resilience, and accountability in a dynamic business environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
