How you will contribute
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored banking solutions;
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and become their go-to advisor for financial and banking needs;
- Expand the client portfolio by identifying, approaching and converting new business opportunities;
- Analyze clients' financial performance and business needs to propose suitable financing and banking solutions;
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and value creation;
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and customized solutions for clients;
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards;
- Contribute to the achievement of business targets, portfolio growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
What will help you be successful
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Relevant sales experience within financial or banking institutions, particularly in the SME and Corporate segments;
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as the financial market;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, key financial indicators and financial analysis;
- Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills;
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation;
- Proactive approach to developing and strengthening client relationships;
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
