How you will contribute

We are seeking an ALM Expert to join our team with focus on Funds Transfer Pricing methodology and internal pricing of loans and deposits. You will have exposure to all central functions of the bank and will be able to work on projects that impact the entire organization. You will benefit from the knowledge of our experts and a friendly working environment where you can explore opportunities to grow and expand your skills according to your interests.

  • Development and implementation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology
  • Internal pricing of client loans and deposits (FTP), support for relationship managers regarding pricing and profitability
  • Various ad-hoc analyses related to the optimization of the balance sheet structure and Profit & Loss
  • Support for BCR subsidiaries related to product pricing, balance sheet optimization
  • Preparation of materials for the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO)
  • Support projects and initiatives related to product modeling for internal profitability

What you need to be successful

  • Education: Finance, Economics preferred;
  • Professional experience: at least 2 years in the field;
  • Good understanding of banking products and financial markets would be an advantage
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • An advantage would be experience in Balance Sheet Management, Controlling, Accounting, Risk Management or Product Management.
