This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client support.

How you will contribute

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external clients and Front Office teams, providing detailed information on product features, payment statuses, garnishments, rates, interest, credit withdrawal documentation, CPs, subsequent conditions, and audit-related confirmation letters;
  • Initiate and manage requests for the registration, modification, or closure of credit and collateral products, including credit withdrawals and issuing letters of guarantee with cash collateral;
  • Liaise with clients to collect required documentation for loan implementation, administration, and ongoing monitoring processes;
  • Oversee the signing of credit agreements, ensure legal signatures are present on contractual documentation, send completed documentation to relevant Bank departments, and facilitate the signing of mortgage agreements at the Notary Public;
  • Ensure accurate modification and updating of customer data within the Bank's systems;
  • Act as a central point of contact between Bank departments to resolve discrepancies in client documentation for account openings, closures, or payment incident investigations;
  • Process signed client form for Cash Management and Card Products, ensuring their timely delivery to relevant Bank departments, and actively monitor the implementation of these products within the system.

What will help you be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Law, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking or relevant financial and lending activities;
  • Outstanding personal and communication abilities to foster relationships and drive results;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, treasury products, and market dynamics, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs;
  • Proven ability to promote, negotiate, and sell complex financial products effectively to corporate clients;
  • Capacity to assess client requirements, market trends, and risk factors to deliver optimal financial solutions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Front Office, Risk, and Corporate Relationship Managers, to drive results;
  • Skilled in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complex scenarios with professionalism and efficiency;
  • Familiarity with banking systems, financial analysis tools, and report;
  • Flexibility to navigate a dynamic market environment and evolving client needs.
