How you will contribute
- Participate in analyzing the feasibility of business requirements for changes in the team's IT systems, whether directly or with the support of external providers;
- Define the functional and technical solution to meet business requirements, either directly or with the support of external providers. Construct or ensure the delivery of functional and technical specifications that meet agreed-upon business requirements;
- Propose solutions to modify or adapt requirements to fit within the business teams' requested timelines;
- Supervise the technical activities for the evolution of the project, ensuring the delivery of the agreed solution for testing phases and the deployment in production environments of the IT systems, according to business requirements;
- Provide functional analysis and technical support to operational teams for defects identified in the managed IT systems, both during implementation and production;
- Define the test plan for implemented or modified functionalities, including defining test scenarios and identifying requirements for test environment setup and test data. Ensure technical documentation of the team's IT systems. Identify potential risks;
- Ensure functional testing of business requirements;
- Communicate and collaborate with other teams to define integrated solutions across multiple applications involving the team's IT systems.
What will help you be successful
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Automatics, IT, or related discipline);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. At least 1 year of experience in financial-banking institutions and IT analysis;
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle);
- General knowledge of PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, OSB, JMS, Oracle AQ, Kafka;
- English proficiency (written and spoken);
- General knowledge of OpenShift platform or similar open-source container systems and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Kibana) is a plus;
- Hands-on several tools like: Postman, pgAdmin, Jira, Confluence, Office365;
- Good understanding of enterprise applications and microservices architecture, SOAP, RESTful APIs;
- Motivation for continuous learning;
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change, strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
