The Business Change Manager is part of the Project Portfolio Governance Office, in Change Management Division. As an advocate of the BCR change management framework and the driver in defining the change action plan for the new demands initiated by business lines, you will be:

  • Facilitating the achievement of organizational strategies by creating visibility for the implementation roadmap of new demands, and
  • Enabling the alignment of business objectives with delivery capabilities.

How you will contribute

  • Develop good knowledge of business flows, products, market trends & regulations in order to provide reliable knowledge and advice to stakeholders and guide them through the approval process;
  • Master and use interviewing, value-based argumentation and facilitating techniques in order to support stakeholders in scoping discussions for new change initiatives;
  • Become a business innovation & change agent by applying and continuously improving the governance model;
  • Drive the alignment between PMO, IT, Controlling and business lines in order to align on the fit of the change initiatives in the current technical landscape and evaluate budget & resources constraints;
  • Develop good understanding of financial structure of the initiatives in order to accurately reflect the cost-benefits analysis;
  • Apply strategic thinking and excellent presentation skills to structure and build coherent and consistent story line when presenting new initiatives on the approval flow;
  • Support stakeholders with conducting the Discovery Phase by setting up clear and concrete objectives, accurately tracking & monitoring them throughout its duration and structuring the final results for subsequent management presentations on the approval flow;
  • Contribute to the adoption of agile practices within the organization;
  • Support your team and the organization by sharing best practices and actively contributing to the continuous development of the skillset, tools and processes used in the change management area;

What will help you be successful

  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in banking and 1-2 years in change management;
  • General knowledge about BCR Group products and services and relevant experience in the area of the managed portfolio;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Ability to work with a high volume of information, being able to zoom-in/out of the details, identify the big picture and adapt your communication based on the interaction with different stakeholders from individual contributors to senior management;
  • Great knowledge of techniques for analysis, planning, monitoring and controlling;
  • Great management, negotiation and communication skills;
  • English – advanced;
  • IT skills – MS Office (Expert); Microsoft Project (Advanced); JIRA & Confluence (Basic);
