How you will contribute

• Monitor business performance for Financial Markets products and services
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build new dashboards and improve existing reports
• Support business decisions with data analysis
• Define and monitor performance of commercial initiatives and campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Ensure processes are clear, documented, and scalable
• Work closely with business, IT, and other teams
• Support implementation of new tools, systems, and solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

What will help you be successful

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, with strong exposure to financial markets and investment products
• Experience in business analysis, performance monitoring, or similar roles
• Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment activities
• Solid experience in product management and project management
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial products
• Good understanding of financial and economic principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in investment management
• Fluent in English
• MBA / CFA certifications are a plus
