Your Task

  • Define and implement the strategy of integration and automation of sales and service processes for corporate clients in order to increase the productivity of direct sales functions and support functions;
  • Ensure the transformational and cultural change towards excellence in sales and service within the entire organization by implementing the CRM model;
  • Implement the strategy of integrating business processes and data flows between the CRM Operational application and other systems, in order to optimize and consolidate / unify the applications used by all sales roles in the bank;
  • Collaborate with all parties involved and participate in all phases of implementation, from analyzing and formulating specific requirements to configuring and testing the CRM Operational system, according to the internal customer’s needs and the performance indicators of the processes used inside the company;
  • Propose and monitor all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operational CRM for the proper functioning of the developed solutions;
  • Check with the segment managers that after implementation the project generates the desired results and make corrections if there are differences from the established values;
  • Organize and conduct integrated testing for business acceptance of projects and processes, training sessions for trainers or end users and offer support for CRM Operational users;

Your Profile

  • University degree, with a technical or economical background;
  • Relevant experience in the use / development of CRM systems;
  • Experience in a position of product / process manager;
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or in the field of Business Intelligence & Reporting is considered a plus;
  • General knowledge about banking products and services;
  • Knowledge regarding application development and testing;
  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) - advanced level;
  • Fluency in English (excellent written and oral communication skills);
