How you will contribute

  • Defining and implementing the strategy of integration and automation of sales, products and service processes for legal entity customers (corporate and microenterprises) with all systems from the bank;
  • Developing and implementing new Operational CRM capabilities with proper interoperability with banking systems based on business requirements;
  • Gather and analyze end-to-end requirements from Front Office as well as from the supporting departments functions;
  • Successfully own and prioritize the requirements (Backlog), focusing on defining and delivering viable functionalities, based on needs, impact on business outcome;
  • Responsible of implementation process, being the interface between business stakeholders and technical team;
  • Collaborating with all parties involved in implementation from analyzing and formulating specific requirements to configuring and testing the Operational CRM system, according to the internal customer’s needs;
  • Acting as Business Analyst for understanding, recommending and fulfilling all assigned strategic projects, from the functional point of view;
  • Ensuring support and trainings framework for all sales and products divisions;
  • Managing key performance indicators related to Operational CRM functioning and proposing corrective actions;
  • Management of the relationship with local and international partners, suppliers and integrators for Operational CRM.

What will help you be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Economics/ Finance/Marketing or other related fields;
  • Previous working experience with CRM Dynamics or other CRM systems would be a plus; also, previous experience in Business Intelligence tools would be appreciated;
  • Experience in any other software implementation and testing (from the business side);
  • MS Office knowledge (excellent Excel and Visio) - advanced level;
  • Fluency in English (excellent written and oral communication skills);
  • Proven experience in driving projects, programs and business analysis, very good stakeholders’ management skills;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and abilities to collect, define, refine and prioritize business requirements related to Operational CRM;
  • Comfortable to work in a matrix environment and deal with tied deadlines;
  • Logical approach to problem solving;
  • Attentiveness to finest details of what internal and external customers are asking;
  • Natural capacity to adapt in a fast pace working environment;
  • Native digital having natural capacity to lead projects and understand new technologies, products, client services ways of management;
  • Ability to keep things simple when you are dealing with lots of data, business requirements, regulatory constraints.
