Your Tasks

  •  
  • Ensure the planning, implementation and evaluation of direct communication campaigns (sales, loyalty, retention and customer care for retail customers) for all communication channels used (digital, e-mail, etc.);
  • Perform adequate analyzes with existing data, in order to identify communication patterns, by customer categories;
  • Communication design on different communication channels: content, target, profitability, etc;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the departments involved in order to carry out direct communication campaigns for retail segments
  • Manage the use and monitoring of the budget for the implementation of campaigns;
  • You provide consulting, specialized assistance, solutions adapted to the requirements of internal clients.

Your Background

  •  
  • Economic/Technical university degree (either Bachelor or Master);
  • At least 3 years work experience, out of which 2 years in the marketing / CRM activity (campaign management);
  • Training courses: informatics, marketing, customer relationship management;
  • Experience in conducting market research;
  • The ability to coordinate the implementation of the actions in which you are involved, end-to-end, by coordinating the colleagues involved from different departments;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions and develop solutions to support the bank's strategy;
  • Budgeting, deadlines compliance and ROI insurance on sales campaigns;
  • Communication techniques, specialized courses, minimal knowledge of working with databases are an advantage;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, known in the banking field are an advantage;
  • Ability to work in a continuous dynamic, attention to detail.
