We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about creating impactful content that resonates with B2B audiences. This role is essential in driving engagement, building trust, and positioning our bank as a thought leader in the financial services industry.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with B2B marketing goals.
  • Create engaging, insightful, and high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, articles, eBooks, infographics, newsletters, videos, and more.
  • Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for B2B products that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand features, benefits, and customer needs, translating them into marketable solutions.

 

Campaign Support

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Design multi-channel marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of B2B offerings.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs, challenges, and trends affecting B2B clients in industries such as manufacturing, energy, technology and other strategic sectors.

 

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Partner with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop content that supports client acquisition and retention.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the financial services or B2B space.
  • Proven track record of creating high-impact B2B content across various formats and channels;
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer personas, buyer journeys, and lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in video production or multimedia content creation.
  • Knowledge of trends in fintech and banking innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Great skills in digital marketing tools.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to B2B pages on the bank’s website.
