We are looking for a new colleague in our team for Retail Controlling Department to ensure the proper analysis of financial and profitability data contributing to the fulfillment of the team's objectives.

How you will contribute

  • Develop and execute different analysis in terms of profitability and performance for retail business line at the level of product categories and client types;
  • Maintain and propose improvement solutions of the KPIs systems tracking for Digital labs and projects;
  • Development of business cases and financial impacts for the retail business line initiatives;
  • Provide support in the preparation of management presentations for the analysis performed, business cases and ad-hocs;
  • Ensure the implementation of the financial planning process, evaluate the degree of fulfillment of the plan and prepare the forecasts for the functional line.

What will help you be successful

  • University degree, preferably in economic field;
  • Professional experience of at least 2-3 years in controlling, banking experience on business controlling area is considered an asset;
  • Capacity of analyzing & correlating data field, working with databases and reporting;
  • Good command of English both spoken and written;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the activity;
  • Change management, good time-management, working with deadlines.
