How you will contribute

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and implement direct communication campaigns targeting the retail customer portfolio throughout their lifecycle;
• Analyze business needs that drive communication campaigns, identifying and proposing relevant attributes for audience selection and communication channels, including those derived from statistical models developed by analysts;
• Launch and monitor the execution of direct communication campaigns, ensuring compliance with established standards;
• Implement improvements for future campaigns based on results and feedback from targeted customers;
• Perform detailed analyses to identify patterns and effective communication tactics;
• Contribute to the design of communications across various channels (including drafting marketing briefs) with the goal of improving CXI (Customer Experience Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score);
• Define and develop ad-hoc reports to track campaign KPIs.

What will help you be successful

• University degree;
• Solid understanding of marketing and customer relationship management;
• Experience or interest in market research, sociology, or psychology;
• Project management, communication, and presentation skills;
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and SQL;
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
