We are currently searching for a Data Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in the management of digital marketing campaigns. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills, as well as building on your existing knowledge and skills, and to progress to more senior levels. We are fully supporting employee development certification programs.

How you will contribute

  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using App Analytics tools;
  • Measure and optimize new campaigns as well as on-going campaigns based on performance indicators (conversion value, return on ad spend, conversion rate) to provide income and profitability;
  • Create reports in Google Data Studio based on Analytics Data to measure and analyze website and digital campaign KPIs: macros, crosstabs, charts, easy to read and share graphs;
  • Support, coordinate, and optimize paid media campaigns implemented by the media agency;
  • Manage and monitor on a daily basis on-going campaigns;
  • Monitor and create competitive analysis reports;
  • Set tracking and goals for paid campaigns;
  • Approve the media campaigns deliverables from the agency;
  • Work closely with the internal teams (creative, business analysis, tracking & app) to create campaigns, optimize budgets and identify opportunities;

What will help you be successful

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital campaign management, working with digital, creative and media agencies or banking industry;
  • Advanced Apps Analytics Certification, in-depth knowledge of the attribution model, conversion funnels and user acquisition reports;
  • DSP Fundamentals and Ad Serving Fundamentals certification;
  • DMP technology experience;
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools experience (SAS, Sales Force, IBM Unica, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and digital data analytics experience;
  • E-commerce campaigns optimization experience for conversion value increase and ROAS increase;
  • Knowledge in web visitors’ interactions on websites (user flows), lead generation and A/B testing mechanisms;
  • Banking knowledge;
  • English proficiency level;
  • Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and easy to adapt in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work independently, proactivity, good communication and presentations skills;
