How you will contribute

  • Promotes and trades financial instruments (FX, MM, the entire range of investment products) and the services specific to this activity offered by the Bank for retail clients;
  • Ensures the attraction of new clients, participate in initiating and carrying out negotiations with them;
  • Clients’ Relationship Management, taking over and executing clients' trading orders as well as registering them in the automatic trading system and in the internal management software;
  • Provides support to the sales force in relation to the managed products and services;
  • Presents general information about the market to clients and the sales force, promote new investment products and services;
  • Builds training materials and holds training sessions for the bank's sales force;
  • Ensures specific reporting activities and participates to development of the internal regulations and procedures;
  • Cooperates with the sales team of treasury products from the Group in order to identify the best treasury solutions  clients' portfolio.

What will help you be successful

  • A university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
  • Relevant sales experience in financial and banking institutions, especially on the Capital Markets sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and the banking market;
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis;
  • Exceptional relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills;
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
  • A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
  • A customer-centric attitude with a knack for solving challenges, problems, and opportunities with finesse;
  • Willingness to do business trips;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
