How you will contribute
- Input and update necessary information into the depositary IT application to calculate net asset value (NAV), the number of fund units, and/or the number of investors, as applicable, based on documents provided by the Fund Administrators and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- Register, verify, monitor, and control all assets and transactions for each fund for which BCR provides depositary services.
- Ensure that the unit value is calculated in compliance with the fund's rules and applicable legal provisions.
- Transmit certified values to the Fund Administrator for NAV, NAV per unit, the number of units/shares, the number of investors/participants, and any other required information in the manner and within the deadlines agreed upon in the depositary services agreements or work procedures, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- Prepare a monthly statement of depositary fees due from the entities for which BCR provides depositary services and transmit it to the Administrators for information.
- Review, prepare, and sign periodic reports prepared by the Administrator for the funds under BCR's depositary.
- Continuously verify the compliance of fund investments (for which BCR provides depositary services) with the restrictions established by applicable legislation and the entity's governing documents (types of investments, investment limits, asset valuation methods, etc.), and notify the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) of any violations of applicable provisions.
What will help you be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Economics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the capital markets sector.
- General knowledge of banking products and services.
- Knowledge of legal regulations in the capital markets, private pensions, and banking sectors (legislation, regulations issued by ASF and BNR).
- Intermediate level of English or German language proficiency.
- Strong skills in structuring information and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and organize activities effectively
