How you will contribute

  • You will be responsible for the digital channel’s evolution inside the bank;
  • You will provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements for channel strategy;
  • Improve customers experience through digital channels;
  • Perform deep analysis to migrate customers from traditional channel to digital channels;
  • Define channel strategy and manage the backlog of the channel in terms of priorities and ensure that is visible, transparent, and clear to all;
  • Set and monitor the KPIs from digital channels;
  • Responsible for internal and external communication strategy of the digital channels.

What will help you be successful

  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking industry (internet and mobile banking);
  • Previous working experience as a Product / Channel manager in banking industry;
  • Mindset of continuous improvement of the digital services and way of working;
  • Passionate about digital environment and customer experience;
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
