We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to design, execute, and manage high-impact events that strengthen our presence in the market and reinforce our position as a trusted partner for businesses. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and supporting business growth through strategic event planning.
How you will contribute
Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned with B2B marketing objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and client retention.
- Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, networking sessions, roundtables, trade shows, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to define event goals, target audiences, and messaging.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget allocation, and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate event marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across invitations, landing pages, email communications, and promotional materials.
Event Promotion & Lead Generation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to secure subject matter experts, speakers, and panelists for events. Build strong relationships with external partners, including industry organizations, sponsors, and event agencies.
- Develop content strategies for event materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads generated from events are captured, nurtured, and converted.
- Measure and analyze event performance using metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
- Maintain an event calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into event strategies.
What will help you be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing or management, preferably in a B2B or financial services setting.
- Proven experience in planning and managing events of varying sizes, both virtual and in-person.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in event management tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and memorable event experiences.
- Budget management expertise, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with trends in the banking and financial services industry.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
