How you will contribute

As Financial Analyst you will perform credit structuring activity for the assigned corporate clients’ portfolio, perform the financial analysis, transaction structuring and financial modeling for credit applications. Also, you will offer input for setting financial covenants and perform peer reviews being able to advice on correlations and relevance of financial ratios and financial standing in specific industries. The clients are the ones who present, by the specificity of the products used or transactions, a high degree of complexity.

  • Perform financial analysis and modelling, test relevant sensitivities, perform peer reviews being able to provide advice on specific financial covenants and conditions relevant for the industry and the transaction;
  • Prepare financial analysis, market analysis and group/client presentation sections of the credit application, confirming the compliance of lending policies; provide input in the screening processes;
  • Provide specific input and review credit documentation, ensuring coverage of specific financial structuring terms;
  • Facilitate the credit approval process and act as interface with Risk Underwriting division;
  • Check financial conditions compliance against financial situations provided by clients;
  • Timely delivery of annual reviews applications in collaboration with the relationship manager.

What will help you be successful

  • Economic/Technical university degree (either Bachelor or Master);
  • At least 3 years work experience, out of which 2 years in financial or banking institutions / 1 year in corporate lending, financial analysis, consultancy or audit areas for corporate clients;
  • Strong corporate banking, corporate banking products and credit structuring knowledge, financial analysis and modeling skills, accounting and IFRS and GAAP knowledge, overview of local and CEE market companies’ specifics (financial indicators), general legal knowledge and/or LMA documentation and monitoring;
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results as part of a team;
  • Flexibility, stress resilience;
  • Ability to act as a perfect team-player being capable of finding solutions and work under pressure;
  • Strong personal and social skills;
  • Fluency in English (excellent written and oral communication skills);
