How you will contribute

• Participation in the local / Group-initiated projects requiring expertise in treasury systems, products and related processes;
• Identify the potential of optimization for the existing processes, prepare the business specifications and participate in the testing phase;
• Assess the impact of changes on the processes managed in the systems used in Financial Markets area;
• Analyze and interpret legislative requirements (ASF/BNR/European regulations) in the Financial Markets area in collaboration with the relevant entities in the bank;
• Ensure the preparation/completion of documentation requested by authorities for legislative requirements in the Financial Markets, including MPE Resolution Strategy;
• Collaborate with the local entities / entities within Erste Bank, to assess changes generated by legislative / business requirements in the Financial Markets;
• Generate reports from treasury systems and provide support in front-office activities related to managed products.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor degree, preferably in economics;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial markets area;
• Good knowledge of the financial-banking market, especially capital markets;
• General knowledge of the bank's products and services in the field of financial market;
• Good PC skills – MS Office package, expertise in specific banking applications as Kondor, KTP;
• Proficiency in English.
