How you will contribute
As our Financing Programs Manager, you’ll be at the heart of developing and implementing financing programs that make a real impact on businesses and communities. You’ll work closely with national and European stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to bring meaningful financial solutions to life and support sustainable growth.
- Participate in the development and promotion of special financing products and programs;
- Formulate proposals to continuously improve products, processes, and internal workflows;
- Prepare analyses, summaries, reports, and presentations on national and European funding opportunities;
- Support training activities by preparing materials and delivering training sessions together with the HR team;
- Promote products and services proactively in meetings with clients and identify eligible projects within financing programs;
- Provide specialized advisory services (guidelines, presentations, online/offline workshops) to clients and external partners;
- Contribute to preparing documentation for tenders, requests for proposals, and collaboration initiatives with national authorities;
- Participate in negotiating and updating cooperation agreements related to the implementation of financing programs;
- Analyze the terms and conditions of financing schemes and offer expert opinions for transaction structuring;
- Support audit and control processes by supplying the required information to national and European institutions.
What will help you be successful
- Bachelor's degree in economics or another field relevant to the role and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, non‑reimbursable funding, and national/EU financing mechanisms and workflows;
- Familiarity with applicable legislation, financial analysis, and procedures related to project financing;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and manage tight deadlines;
- Creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to understand and simplify complex business requirements;
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and a passion for new technologies;
- A natural ability to lead projects and understand new technologies, products, and client service management;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
