How you will contribute

• Analyze the development needs of new sustainability features within company's product offerings (existing or new products) and make proposals for improvement and development in relation to them;
• Provide support to the corporate and retail product development team regarding sustainability concepts related to the bank's products;
• Offer sustainability support and work closely with teams in digital projects, banking product managers, and UX/UI designers;
• Develop reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives;
• Contribute to, develop, and support internal training on sustainability concepts;
• Ensure the quality and accuracy management of sustainability data recorded in the Bank's systems;
• Ensure support and active participation in BCR and Erste Group projects and initiatives applicable in BCR, from a sustainability perspective.

What will help you be successful

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, with at least 2 years in product management;
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and the banking market;
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
• A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
• A customer-centric attitude with a talent for addressing challenges, solving problems, and seizing opportunities
• Advanced level of English language;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
• Project management knowledge;
