How you will contribute

• Lead, develop and propose financing policies and strategies for specialized financing products (project finance, energy, including renewable energy, acquisitions) of the Bank;
• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance complex transactions across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and utilities;
• Oversee financial analysis, due diligence, credit structuring, and risk mitigation strategies for project finance deals;
• Lead and monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting project finance opportunities;
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus;
• 10+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking or structured finance, with a proven track record of executing large transactions and at least 5 years in a leadership role;
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Strong expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and risk management;
• Strong ability to manage due diligence processes and oversee transaction approvals;
• Strategic mindset and a keen understanding of infrastructure sectors;
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a great ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and external stakeholders.
