Your role

As an IT Compliance & IT Risk Management Expert, you will play a key role in strengthening our organization’s risk and compliance framework.

How you will contribute

• Use your expertise to engage in and enhance the reporting and monitoring of IT compliance related matters;
• Track and report on the implementation status of IT audit and operational risk measures;
• Act as SPOC for IT-related external audits;
• Perform thorough reviews and provide expert assessments of third-party and IT risk;
• Use your knowledge of AI tools (prompt-based interactions) in daily activities;
• Foster strong relationship with business, IT and risk functions within the Bank as well as with IT external auditors.

What will help you be successful

• • University degree: technical / economic field;
  • 3+ years of experience in internal or external IT Audit and/or IT risk management;
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in the banking & insurance area;
  • CRISC / CISA certification is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of BNR legislation on IT and security risks;
  •  Experience with EBA / ECB guidelines on ICT and security risk management;
  • Familiarity with DORA framework;
  • Understanding of IT risk related frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO/IEC);
  • Proven experience in conducting IT and 3rd party risk assessments;
  • Understanding of data privacy and business continuity principles;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver good results under pressure;
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team, as required by the tasks assigned;
  • Knowledge of AI tools and ability to effectively use prompt-based interactions in daily activities;
  • English language – advanced level.
