How you will contribute

• Analyze and track products and services in terms of sales volumes, profitability, and competition;
• Assess the customer portfolio, develop customer profiles, and help define the target market;
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of regulations and work instructions for assigned products;
• Work with the People and Culture Directorate and the Marketing and Communication Directorate to create training materials and product presentations;
• Coordinate with support entities to resolve unforeseen issues requiring product/process modifications and provide support in addressing customer complaints (e.g., operational risks, errors, etc.);
• Partner with the Marketing and Communication Directorate to implement promotional campaigns;
• Provide support to team members in complex activities to achieve team objectives;
• Ensure compliance with requirements and recommendations from external (ASF, BNR, ANPAC, FNGCIMM, etc.) and internal (Audit, Operational Control) control entities in product development activities.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's degree Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments;
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and the banking market;
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis;
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
• A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
• A customer-centric attitude with a talent for addressing challenges, solving problems, and seizing opportunities with finesse;
• Willingness to undertake business trips;
• Analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
