How you will contribute

• Contribute to the structuring and execution of complex lending transactions focused on customized financing solutions for energy industry, project finance investments and leveraged finance acquisitions;
• Participate together with Corporate Coverage and in client meetings to thoroughly understand the business model, the investment projects and the financing need;
• Debt capacity assessment based on project documents analysis;
• Design and create proficient financial models;
• Participate in structuring and negotiating financing offers for the pursued deals;
• Prepare indicative Head of Terms/Term Sheets, Credit applications and presentations;
• Lead RFP processes for contracting independent Due Diligence with third parties specific for each deal;
• Sustain project financing in internal greenlight and approval processes, both in BCR and in Erste Holding;
• Contribute to the financing documentation negotiation and closing, as well as in the subsequent specific Project Finance / Leveraged Finance conditions monitoring for the deals in the allocated portfolio;
• Perform industry research and market analysis either as part of a specific deal or for internal knowledge build-up;
• Prepare qualitative pitching proposals for the potential corporate customers/ private equity/ project sponsors in collaboration with the Corporate Coverage / Syndication / Erste Holding colleagues.

What will help you be successful

• University / Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative degree;
• Incipient relevant experience in Corporate Finance/BIG 4 advisory/Project/ Leveraged/Structured Finance;
• Solid knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
• Analytical, financial analysis, financial modelling, business writing and communication skills;
• Focused, determined, performance driven and solution oriented;
• Self-organized and able to collaborate in various project team set-ups.
