How you will contribute

• Actively participate in the process of preventing and investigating cases of credit fraud Legal entities;
• Elaborate opinions on confirming/ invalidation suspicions of fraud on loans to Legal entities;
• Document and gather relevant information for fraud investigation, including controls within the bank’s branches and interviews with BCR Group’s employees and third parties;
• Verify and analyze financial statements of legal entities clients, analyze documents, check the processes and operations involved, the physical existence of assets under bank guarantee, make correlations in order to define the most accurate definition of the possible loss;
• Draft the investigation report after finalizing the investigation;
• Identify the fraud risks in the area of Legal entities loans and propose the implementation of measures to mitigate these risks;
• Protect the bank’s interests against fraud from Legal entities, also suppliers or BCR employees related to those entities;
• Draft recommendations to improve internal controls and evaluate the timing necessary for deficiencies’ remedy.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor degree or higher;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in antifraud/audit activity, minimum 3 years within banking, financial domain;
• English – advanced level;
• Driving license – B;
• Analysis, synthesis skills, detail oriented personality;
• Prioritization, fast reaction, results oriented;
• Microsoft package – Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. – advanced, databases analysis -previous experience.
