How you will contribute

As our Operational CRM Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our sales and service processes. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, IT, and support teams to implement strategies that enhance customer relationships, products, and services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are user-friendly, efficient, and reliable, contributing directly to improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure for integrating and automating sales products and service processes for legal entity, corporate customers, across all bank systems;
  • Responsible for implementation of the new Operational CRM functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems based on business requirements;
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure, and test the Operational CRM system to meet internal customer needs;
  • Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the implementation process;
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales and product divisions on effective CRM usage;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operational CRM performance and recommend corrective actions;
  • Manage relationships with local and international vendors, suppliers, and integrators for the Operational CRM system.

What will help you be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience with CRM Dynamics or other CRM systems is a plus; Business Intelligence (BI) tools experience is also valued;
  • Experience in software implementation and testing (from a business perspective);
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Visio);
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Proven experience in project management, program management, and business analysis;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and manage tight deadlines;
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex business requirements;
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and a passion for new technologies;
  • A natural ability to lead projects and understand new technologies, products, and client service management;
  • Ability to keep things simple when dealing with lots of data, business requirements, and regulatory constraints.
