This role acts as a promoter of the BCR change management framework and supports the execution of strategic decisions at operational level, contributing to Change the Bank initiatives.
How you will contribute
- Document and store portfolio-related decisions in the designated library;
- Ensure progress of change initiatives is accurately reflected in tools like PPM and JIRA;
- Align with stakeholders to reconcile key details regarding budget execution;
- Drive portfolio reporting and develop data insights for various stakeholders (audit, regulators, group, management);
- Contribute to reporting improvements using JIRA and Power BI;
- Manage budget execution and report on planned, committed, and spent values throughout the year, coordinated with PM departments, IT, Accounting & Controlling stakeholders
- Support Project managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, etc., with budget-related operations (POs, invoice validation, accruals);
- Understand change management flows and relevant regulations (NBR, ASF) to provide guidance to Change Management Stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Group to locally transpose governance frameworks and update process documentation;
- Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge, tools, and process development.
What will help you be successful
- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in banking and 1-2 years in other similar support roles ( project officer, project controller, portfolio analyst, business/reporting analyst, procurement analyst, order management);
- Previous exposure to projects with basic understanding of the entire project lifecycle;
- Ability to work with high volume of information and data, being able to analyze, identify key insights and structure the information based on the needs of different stakeholders from individual contributors to senior management;
- English – advanced;
- IT skills – MS Office (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), JIRA & Confluence (Basic), SAP (Basic).
