How you will contribute
This role is an advocate of the BCR change management framework and an enabler for the day-to-day execution of strategic decisions taken by the organization. In this quality you will focus on achieving operational excellence by:
- Ensuring decisions taken regarding the portfolio are accurately documented and stored in the appropriate library;
- Making sure progress of change the bank initiatives is accurately reflected in the operational tools (i.e. PPM, JIRA, etc.);
- Aligning with relevant stakeholders to reconcile key details pertaining to budget execution;
- Contribute to the continuous development and automation of the reporting practices at the portfolio level.
As part of your role, in your day to day you will:
- Develop good knowledge of change management flows & regulations (NBR, ASF etc) and the operational suite of tools to provide reliable knowledge and advice to stakeholders (JIRA, SAP);
- Generate portfolio assessments and relevant data insights required for all types of stakeholders (i.e. audit, regulators, group, management);
- Lead or contribute to team initiatives to improve the portfolio analysis and assessment capabilities via JIRA and PowerBI;
- Manage the Change the Bank budget and operational execution; Report on planned, committed, and spent information available through-out the year in line with calendars aligned with PM departments, IT, Accounting & Controlling stakeholders;
- Support Projects Managers, Business Owners, IT Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and/or Scrum Masters with the execution of the approved budget (i.e. submission of purchase order requests, validation of received invoices, accruals, etc);
- Aligns with the group to transpose locally the governance framework for processes and change management; provides information for process map/architecture updates;
- Support your team and the organization by sharing best practices and actively contributing to the continuous development of the skillset, tools and processes & regulations used in the change management area.
What will help you be successful
- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in banking and 1-2 years in other similar support roles (i.e. project officer, project controller, portfolio analyst, business/reporting analyst, procurement analyst, order management);
- Previous exposure to projects with basic understanding of the entire project lifecycle;
- Ability to work with high volume of information and data, being able to analyze, identify key insights and structure the information based on the needs of different stakeholders from individual contributors to senior management;
- English – advanced;
- IT skills – MS Office (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), JIRA & Confluence (Basic), SAP (Basic), PowerBI (Basic).
