Summary of the role

As a Product Manager, you will have an important role in defining the micro-enterprises products and the end-to-end processes related to the owned products and related services. You will contribute to the products strategy definition, you will closely monitor the products – you will define and implement actions to support the strategy execution and be responsible for the entire products lifecycle, processes efficiency, digitalization and will be a key contributor to the implementation of cross-functional projects impacting micro-enterprises area.

How you will contribute

  • Analyze and monitor the products and services for the micro-enterprises segment, PFA and liberal professions from the bank's offer in terms of: sales volumes, profitability and competition. Monitor the profitability on the distribution channel and proposes measures to improve them;
  • Coordinate the policy and the processes of designing new products, improving the existing ones, withdrawing the products from the offer, at the level of the allocated segment and perform cost-benefit analyzes on product types;
  • Participate in the formulation of proposals regarding the sales objectives for the Retail Distribution Network, as well as their expected profitability within the budgeting process of the Retail Area & Private Banking Line;
  • You will propose the price structure, analyze and establishe the pricing and commissioning system of all asset/ microenterprise products and PFA from the bank's offer;
  • You will elaborate and implement the regulations and working instructions regarding the assigned processes and products, ensure the definition of the product parameters and ensure their implementation in the bank's IT systems, in cooperation with the directions involved in the bank;
  • You will team up and collaborate with support entities in resolving any situation that arises and which leads to the need to modify products/ processes and provide support in resolving customer complaints (eg operational risks, errors, etc.);

What will help you be successful

  • Good understanding of the micro-enterprises segment market: competition screening, digitalization trends, clients’ needs dynamic and financial market trends;
  • Good product development skills: financial analysis, business case built up, market analysis, good English proficiency, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, skills to build power point presentations, strategies, excel etc.
  • Capable to adapt to our internal operating systems easily, knowledge of accounting, regulations, NBR regulations etc.
  • Innovation skills
  • You are no stranger to the digital lending products: we want to keep optimizing and digitalizing and we need you to contribute;
  • You don’t find it difficult to read and understand a new law in the retail banking field; the EU and local regulators are keep improving the regulatory framework and we don’t compromise in keeping up with any requirement or tight deadline;
  • You like understanding the technical side of the product;
  • Loving to collaborate with people and be able to motivate, empower, challenge and stimulate them;
  • Proven planning & organizational skills;
  • You are curious, you don’t want to stop learning, you aim high in your career and truly believe that with perseverance and willingness anything can be done;
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel competencies. We have loads of data to analyze, so we are really counting on your competencies to get the most of it;
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant retail banking experience, out of which minimum 2 years in lending product management.
