How you will contribute

• You analyze and monitor the performance of managed products and propose improvements to maximize profitability;
• Manage and optimize end-to-end processes related to lending products, for private individuals customers;
• Define promotional and sales strategies for private individuals loan products to achieve business objectives;
• Propose and evaluate sales targets for the Retail Distribution Network and participate in the budgeting process;
• Develop new products and services tailored to customer needs and business strategies;
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of external and internal regulatory entities in the development and monitoring of products;
• Collaborate with support entities to improve products and processes, including handling customer complaints and operational risks;
• Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing research, and defining pricing strategies for managed products;
• You will contribute in digitalization for the private individual loans in digital lending lab, including strategy, analyze and test our products before implementation.

• Good understanding of the lending market: competition screening, digitalization trends, customers needs dynamic and financial market trends;
• You like being digital and always find new way to improve yourself;
• You don’t find it difficult to read and understand a new law in the retail banking field; the EU and local regulators are keep improving the regulatory framework and we don’t compromise in keeping up with any requirement or tight deadline;
• You like understanding the technical side of the product: we never get bored to submit business specification for new IT change requests, so neither should you;
• Loving to collaborate with people and be able to motivate, empower, challenge and stimulate them;
• We count on you to take initiative and to make decisions of your own growth;
• Proven planning & organizational skills;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel competencies. We have loads of data to analyze, so we are really counting on your competencies to get the most of it;
• Minimum of 4 years relevant retail banking experience, out of which minimum 2 years in product management;
