How you will contribute

• Consultancy & Coordination of Transaction Structuring:
• • Lead, coordinate, and supervise the consultancy activities for structuring transactions with non-standard products and pricing.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of new products or modifications of the existing product portfolio for corporate clients.
  • Ensure the alignment of structured offers with client needs and product capabilities using the term sheet tool.
• Product Approval and Implementation:
• • Supervise the approval process for non-standard product and pricing structures for corporate clients.
  • Lead the review and approval of implementation possibilities, including coordination with external entities for special financing programs.
  • Oversee the definition, modification, and technical implementation of product characteristics and functionalities, ensuring the impact on IT systems is managed effectively.
• Management of Credit and Financing Products:
• • Oversee the management of credit, supply chain, and trade finance products, including financing and guarantee programs.
  • Drive process improvements, from defining and optimizing to executing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a key decision-maker for policy and procedure modifications that impact product workflows.
• Supervise Change Management and Regulatory Compliance;
• Training Strategy & Development:
• • Define and implement training strategies for sales personnel, in collaboration with specialized departments.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• • Ensure collaboration with entities outside the functional line (IT, finance, etc.) and other competence centers within the Erste Group to ensure successful product management and implementation.

What will help you be successful

• Master degree;
• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in credit, trade finance, and non-standard product structuring for corporate clients;
• Strong understanding of banking systems, processes, and end-to-end project management;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills;
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams;
• Experience in responding to regulatory and audit inquiries.
