How you will contribute

• Responsible for area related to corporate customers payments instruments
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, development teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap related to payments instruments;
• Define relevant capabilities/requirements from the business goals to ensure contribution to the strategy;
• Define and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery;
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements;
• Contribution for product improvement with industry trends, addressing regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge;
• Lead and facilitate product planning and review meetings.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus;
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the banking industry, daily banking area;
• Strong understanding of banking products and services;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Experience with digital banking products and services;
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the banking sector;
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications, would be a plus.
