How you will contribute

• Take full accountability for delivering a large‑scale banking platform implementation;
• Define and manage the overall delivery roadmap, milestones, and critical path;
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery;
• Coordinate dependencies across internal teams, workstreams, and external vendors;
• Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and manage their expectations;
• Lead governance meetings and provide clear, timely updates;
• Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues with actionable recommendations;
• Own and control the program budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and optimization;
• Manage vendor performance and ensure scope, quality, and timelines are met;
• Oversee technical delivery, integration activities, and non-functional requirements;
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, embedding proper controls and documentation;
• Lead go‑live planning, rehearsals, execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization.

What will help you be successful

• 7+ years of financial services/ IT experience, out of which:

1. 5+ years of experience in Project Management (project management / agile certifications are a plus);
2. 2+ years of working experience in the Banking industry. Prior experience in Corporate Banking and proven knowledge of Corporate products and services and related processes are a plus;

• Should have prior Project Management experience in complex projects with ability to lead others, navigate conflicts in a constructive way, proactively identify and manage issues and risks as well as being able to work with and align the view of multiple stakeholders towards a common goal;
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project and Jira;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills;
• Organized and structured;
• Rigorous and consistent.
