How you will contribute

• Ensures Costs Controlling activities, specifically the planning, analysis, and reporting of costs, revenues, and investments related to property management operations;
• Participates in the budgeting process by planning the costs, investments, and revenues associated with property management activities;
• Requests and consolidates budget estimates from cost centers;
• Provides reporting and analysis and explains deviations regarding costs, investments, and revenues related to property management;
• Supports the preparation of business cases and the endorsement of Notes requested by various entities;
• Delivers reports on project budgets, investments, and depreciation to the bank’s management;
• Provides support to budget owners;
• Collaborates with the Accounting Department and other budget-responsible departments to ensure proper accounting of expenses, investments, and revenues related to property management activities.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Focus on Finance is preferred;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in controlling. Banking experience is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, database management, and reporting;
• Ability to handle complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and develop effective solutions;
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
