How you will contribute

Recovery plan:

  • You support the process of updating and preparing the BCR Recovery Plan. You are also responsible for collecting and reviewing information from the departments / managers within BCR during the specific stages of reviewing and updating the Recovery Plan;
  • You will contribute to the updating of the governance of the Recovery Plan, to the strategic analysis and identification of the critical functions during the updating of the Recovery Plan in collaboration with the specialized departments;
  • You will support the activity of updating and aligning the warning and trigger indicators;

Resolution plan:

  • You support the activities of planning the resolution at the level of BCR / BCR Group, according to the provisions of the legal regulations in force and those issued by the BNR, EBA, the Single Resolution Board;
  • You are responsible for collecting and reviewing information from the entities / managers within BCR for the preparation and consolidation of the information and data necessary for the Resolution Plan, in order to transmit them to the Resolution Authority within BNR;
  • You will ensure the cooperation for the elaboration of the resolution plan, according to the request of the Resolution Authority within BNR;

What will help you be successful:

  • Economic studies;
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience – preferably in risk management;
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel/Word/PPT/Outlook);
  • A high level of english is a must;
  • A big plus would be to also have previous knowledge/experience in recovery & resolution planning in a big corporation;
  • A nice plus would be to have previous experience in operations area;
