How you will contribute
- Manage and develop an allocated client portfolio by defining tailored strategies and implementing active acquisition plans aligned with the bank’s objectives;
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term client value;
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating internally with product and support teams to deliver timely and effective solutions;
- Structure and coordinate complex financing transactions in partnership with Financial Analysis and Specialized Products departments, ensuring end-to-end execution;
- Initiate and support credit processes, including documentation preparation, first approval input, loan monitoring, and collateral management in line with compliance requirements;
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across BCR and Erste Group products while identifying new product opportunities based on client needs and market trends;
- Support and coordinate Relationship Managers and contribute to projects, including those related to Central Authorities and public sector opportunities (e.g., PPP initiatives);
- Contribute to business strategy, budgeting, and target achievement, while ensuring accurate client data updates, resolving client requests, and supporting overall operational excellence.
What will help you be successful
- University degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in financial-banking or credit-related activities;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and overall corporate banking operations;
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and complex financing structures;
- Good knowledge of economic and commercial environments, as well as Romanian legislation and LMA documentation standards;
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, client relationship management, and identifying tailored financial solutions;
- Advanced English proficiency and strong MS Office skills, along with familiarity with banking systems;
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity independently;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and persuasion skills, combined with adaptability, proactivity, and alignment with organizational values.
