How you will contribute

  • Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio, proposing individual strategies at the level of each existing client and establishing an active plan to attract potential clients;
  • Initiate new transactions, identify and evaluate new business opportunities, facilitate cooperation and cross-selling for other business areas or for the bank's strategic partners;
  • Prepare offers for existing or new products and services and ensure the involvement of specialized teams;
  • Get involved in structuring financing and transactions that do not involve financing, and actively form and coordinate the teams involved in the transactions;
  • Contribute to the drafting of the credit application, follow the approval and implementation of the financing facilities;
  • Monitor the quality of the loans in the portfolio and identify the negative evolutions and the risks that may appear regarding the market or the client and optimize the risk / profit ratio by proposing adequate remedial measures;
  • Monitor the outstanding amounts from the client and take the necessary measures.

What will help you be successful

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or related fields;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in financial-banking institutions, Large Corporate area;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and banking market;
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators and financial analysis. LMA terms and conditions;
  • Excellent relationship, sales and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients;
  • Customer-care attitude and strong abilities to solve promptly and professionally challenges, problems and opportunities;
  • Renewable energy project financing previous experience is a plus.
  • Energy & Utilities industry knowledge is a plus.
