How you will contribute
- Ensures of the business relationship management of the assigned portfolio, proposing individual strategies at the level of each client, depending on their financing needs;
- Performances' assessment of the Clients’ portfolio;
- Elaborates structures of complex financing transactions (in collaboration with the Departments of Financial Analysis and Specialized Products), trains and actively coordinates the teams involved in the transaction;
- Contributes to the drafting of the credit application, monitors the approval and implementation of financing facilities;
- Proposes the first vote in approving the credit documentation related to the clients in the assigned portfolio;
- Prepares credit documentation and public participation offers, together with the responsible departments - if necessary, monitors of credits (limits, operations, risks) and administered guarantees (verification of legal documents, validity, compliance);
- Provides support on demand for the other functional entities from the front office in transactions with clients from the segments of state companies, getting involved from the early stage in discussions and negotiations of offers and in the preparation of related documents.
What will help you be successful
- A university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Relevant sales experience in financial and banking institutions, especially within the Public Sector/ SME/Corporate sector;
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial and banking institutions;
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, banking market, corporate or public sector segment, risk management;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis;
- Exceptional relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills;
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
- A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
- A customer-centric attitude with a knack for solving challenges, problems, and opportunities with finesse;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Ability to develop and sustain presentations.
