We are looking for a colleague to ensure the integrity and alignment of strategic initiatives at the Retail Area level.

How you will contribute

  • Provide support in the process strategy alignement and long-term objectives of BCR Retail with the strategy of the bank and Erste Group Retail, in collaboration with the hierarchical superior;
  • Ensure the alignment and integration of the actions and initiatives defined within the division of the Retail & Private Banking Functional Line with the business model;
  • Provide support in defining the purpose and objectives of transversal projects in the Retail & Private Banking Functional Line, having an active involvment within the project team (if it’s assigned);
  • Ensure the consolidation of information regarding strategic projects, action plans and initiatives generated within the Functional Line;
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of strategic documents/presentations, materials for meetings, conferences and events regarding the actions of the Business Development Division;
  • Facilitate communication, provide advice and support regarding strategic projects, action plans and initiatives generated within the Functional Line;
  • Perform any other tasks received in connection with your work and activity, entrusted by the hierarchical superior and which do not contravene the legal provisions in force.

What will help you be successful

  • The ability to consolidate the implementation of the actions in which you are involved, end-to-end, by coordinating also the colleagues involved from different departments;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and centralize solutions that support the bank's strategy;
  • Respect the DL and delivery of materials according to the instructions received;
  • Communication skills, specialist courses, research knowledge is an advantage;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in banking area is an advantage;
  • Ability to work in a continuous dynamic, attention to details;
  • University degree;
  • Minimum knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years, banking activity / carrying out market research is an advantage;
  • Advanced level English.
