How you will contribute

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our compensation & benefits policies;

Play a key role in processes such as performance bonus allocation, incentive scheme design, and annual salary reviews;

Support the administration, optimization, and visibility of our benefits offering;

Participate in job evaluation processes and the ongoing refinement of our salary frameworks;

Analyze and report compensation data in line with regulatory and internal requirements;

Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking, identifying opportunities to refine our pay structures;

Conduct analyses such as benchmarking, compa-ratio, salary distributions, and remuneration scenarios;

Support initiatives that enhance pay transparency and equity across the organization;

Partner with business teams on organizational change initiatives;

Review organizational structures and propose optimization solutions;

Contribute to defining roles and responsibilities across the organization;

Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of compensation & benefits processes.
What will help you be successful
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits, data analysis, organizational design, or similar areas;
-
Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling);

Solid understanding of compensation principles, benefits, and job evaluation methodologies;

Interest in pay transparency and equity topics;

Exposure to or interest in change management and project-based work;
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities;

A collaborative mindset and willingness to actively contribute to team success;

Adaptability and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
-
Advanced English and ease in using Microsoft 365 tools;
-
University degree.
