How you will contribute

• You will coordinate the calculation and reconcile expected credit losses (provisions);
• You will participate in forecasting and running stress testing exercises for provisions;
• You will ensure the relationship with the Internal and External Audit, and the Erste Group regarding  provisioning methodologies;
• You will monitor, analyze, and provide comments on the evolution of provisions and NPLs.

What will help you be successful

• Economic studies;
• Minimum 3 years’ banking experience – former experience in Risk/Accounting areas will be treated as an advantage;
• Solid Basel III knowledge ;
• Medium knowledge of  SQL. Programming in Python – nice to have.
• A good level of English;
• Accountable, a real team-player willing to learn and do the job with passion.
