How you will contribute

• Provide dedicated support to corporate clients- offer proactive assistance via email and phone on managing credit and non-credit banking services, from product initiation through to closure;
• Resolve client requests efficiently - address queries about banking products and services, as well as other operational requests, in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Ensure clear client communication- manage correspondence and convey clients' instructions to relevant operational teams for seamless service delivery;
• Facilitate credit product processing: handle requests from existing clients for approved credit products, including transactions like facility withdrawals, letters of credit, and letters of intent;
• Maintain and update client information - initiate and update client records in the system while adhering to customer knowledge and quality standards.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related fields: A solid academic foundation that equips you for success in banking.
• Experience with Retail Banking Products: Hands-on experience in managing or supporting retail banking products.
• Strong Communication and Client Relationship Skills: Ability to effectively advise and support both internal and external clients, including corporate clients.
• Familiarity with Control and Monitoring Techniques: Knowledge of control mechanisms and monitoring practices that help ensure quality and compliance.
• Eagerness to Learn and Grow - A proactive, growth-oriented mindset that embraces new challenges and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English: Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
