How will you contribute

  • Ensure high-quality and well-controlled operational processes supporting financial investment services on local and international capital markets;
  • Process transactions with financial instruments across the Central Depository, BNR, regulated and OTC international markets;
  • Manage transaction files and reporting flows, including SAFIR-related activities;
  • Act as calculation agent and payment agent for dividends and interest;
  • Support public offerings, squeeze-out transactions, corporate actions and the distribution of fund units;
  • Perform settlement bank activities for securities transactions executed by investment firms on regulated markets;
  • Provide operational support to colleagues across the bank network by resolving post-processing incidents;
  • Monitor compliance with internal regulations and contribute to reducing operational risk through improved controls;
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and notifications to ASF, FCI, the Central Depository, BNR and other relevant entities;
  • Contribute to internal procedures, guidelines and regulatory feedback related to capital markets activities;
  • Identify improvement opportunities for back-office IT systems, initiate change requests and perform testing;
  • Collaborate closely with business lines in defining contractual clauses for securities-related services.

 

What will help you be successful

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial or banking institution, ideally in back-office / capital markets operations;
  • A good understanding of capital markets products, services and operational flows;
  • Good command of English;
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and banking systems;
  • Analytical mindset, with good attention to detail and the ability to structure information clearly;
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and work with deadlines;
  • Team-oriented and adaptable professional, with good written and verbal communication skills.
