How you will contribute
- Analyze the liabilities products market, identify growth opportunities, propose and implement products & processes enhancements which will support customer engagement;
- Analyze customer satisfaction insights, identify the pain points and address them in dedicated action plans;
- Understand the regulatory framework for the PI Daily Banking area, team-up with Legal team for new projects and pursue fining creative solutions for the business challenges, whilst always keeping the 100% compliance mindset;
- Team up with CRM and Marcom and put together campaigns and communications which truly deliver value for our clients;
- Team up with Sales Steering team in defining, implementing and monitoring measures and action plans to support the delivery of the overall budget and the retail strategy goals;
- You will be proposing new pricing measures in accordance with the bank’s strategy and prepare approval materials for the Management Board, ALCO and other relevant top management committees;
- You will be responsible with the volumes & profitability budget definition, you will closely monitor the financial performance of the liabilities products and will define action plans to support the budget target delivery;
- You will analyze customer behavior and sales evolution and propose and implement actions which will support the budget execution;
- You will act as a mentor for the fellow Product Managers in our team, as we believe that learning from each other is an inexhaustible source of personal and professional development.
What will help you be successful
- Good understanding of the daily banking market: competition screening, digitalization trends, clients’ needs dynamic and financial market trends;
- You like understanding the technical side of the product: we never get bored to submit business specification for new IT change requests, so neither should you;
- Loving to collaborate with people and be able to motivate, empower, challenge and stimulate them;
- The ability to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make decisions of your own;
- Proven planning & organizational skills;
- Have a product vision and be able to demonstrate it;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel competencies. We have loads of data to analyze, so we are really counting on your competencies to get the most of it;
- Minimum of 4 years relevant retail banking experience, out of which minimum 2 years in product management.
