We manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
How you will contribute
- Act as a facilitator between business entities and IT teams, to help define business needs and objectives and identify possible implementation solutions for them;
- Analyze, together with business and IT experts, the possible methodological approaches for the best implementation of change initiatives;
- Oversee the creation and execution of complex project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations from approval to completion;
- Design initiatives by identifying synergies, planning governance, and managing interdependencies;
- Secure and coordinate resources from stakeholders while managing approved budgets;
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive risk management;
- Lead project communications, both internally and across related projects, and ensure effective change management;
- Is responsible to update the project documentation library and makes sure that all project documents are created and stored properly, according to implementation methodology and internal policies;
- Monitor progress, analyze resource allocation, and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders;
- Develop and implement handover plans for business continuity;
- Mentor and guide project managers and support staff, fostering onboarding and professional growth.
What will help you be successful

- University degree and at least one globally recognized certification in Project/Change/Optimization Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Black Belt, or Green Belt);
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project/Program/Portfolio Management, with a focus on complex IT implementations, preferably in the banking sector;
- Proficiency in various project delivery lifecycles and methodologies, including initiation, requirements gathering, procurement, design, testing, deployment, service transition, and change management;
- Proven ability to communicate at a strategic level with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence outcomes to meet management objectives;
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers and collaborating with development partners;
- Strong understanding of financial data, technical environments, and banking products/services;
- Expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling techniques, alongside solid facilitation and presentation skills;
- Advanced English proficiency.
